Astronomische Nachrichten

Astronomische Nachrichten (Astronomical Notes na so versión n'inglés), ye una de les primeres revistes de publicación d'investigaciones d'astronomía. Fundada en 1821 pol astrónomu alemán Heinrich Christian Schumacher. Se autodefine como la revista d'astronomía más antigua del mundu entá n'actividá,[2] y otros organismos coinciden nesta afirmación.[3][4][5] Les publicaciones especializar en Física solar, Astronomía estragaláctica, Cosmoloxía, Xeofísica, ya Instrumentación. Publica tantu artículos estándar, sobremanera nos sos empiezos, como artículos suxetos a Revisión por pares.[6] El so catálogu completu inclúi 43.899 artículos en 99.565 páxines de 328 volumes.[7][6]

Fundador y primer editorː Heinrich Christian Schumacher (1780-1850)

La revista foi fundada en 1821 por Heinrich Christian Schumacher,[8] sol patrociniu de Cristián VIII de Dinamarca. Schumacher editó la publicación dende'l so observatoriu n'Altona. Schumacher editó los primeres 31 númberos de la revista dende la so fundación, hasta la so muerte en 1850.[9] Los primeros exemplares consistíen mayormente en cartes unviaes por astrónomos a Schumacher cuntando les sos observaciones[10]

Mientres munchos años considerar la meyor, o la más prestixosa, revista d'astronomía d'Europa.[11][12]
