Primeros años editar
Hahn nació en Westchester, Illinois. Crióse en Cleveland, Ohio,[3] y tien ascendencia alemana, irlandesa y inglesa.[4] Asistió a la Northwestern University, onde llogró una llicenciatura en teatro enantes d'asistir a la Yale School of Drama. Hahn interpretó a Sally Bowles nel musical Cabaré y a Célimène en The Misanthrope.

Kathryn Hahn casóse con Ethan Sandler el 3 de xineru de 2002. La pareya mora en Los Angeles y tien dos fíos xuntos, un varón, Leonard (nacíu'l 8 d'ochobre de 2006), y una muyer, Mae (nacida'l 27 de xunetu de 2009).[5] El so embaranzu con Leonard foi escritu na historia de Crossing Jordan, con Sandler representando al padre del ñácaru.
