Llingües comecrudas

El términu comecrudo o comecrudano referir a un grupu de llingües posiblemente rellacionaos ente sigo, y falaos na zona sur de Texas, Estaos Xuníos y nel norte de Méxicu, a lo llargo del Ríu Grande. El Comecrudo ye la más conocida d'elles.

Comecrudo editar

Los nomes Comecrudo, Carrizu y Garza son toos ellos d'orixe español.

El comecrudo, la meyor conocida, foi una llingua de la cual fíxose una llista de 148 pallabres en 1829 pol botánicu francés Jean Louis Berlandier (Berlandier llamar "Mulatu") (Berlandier et al. 1828–1829). Foi falada nel baxu Ríu Grande cerca de Reynosa, Tamaulipas, en Méxicu.

Muncho primero, en 1748, rexistrárense dellos nomes tribales Comecrudo, como por casu Sepinpacam, Perpepug, Atanaguaypacam, Atanaouajapaca.

En 1861, German Adolph publicó una guía con vocabulariu (Adolph llamó Carrizu a esta llingua) (Adolph 1961: 185–186). En 1886, Albert Gatschet rexistró vocabulariu, frases y un testu de los descendientes (los cualos nun falaben con fluidez) de los postreros parlantes Comecrudo cerca de Camargo, Tamaulipas (Swanton 1940: 55–118).

Garza editar

La Garza conocer a partir de dos nomes tribales y ventiún pallabres recoyíes al xefe de la tribu por Berlandier en 1828 (Berlandier et al. 1828–1829, 1850: 143–144). Nesa dómina, toles garza falaben español y fueron asimilaos culturalmente. Les garza podríen ser la mesma tribu atanguaypacam que formaba parte de los comecrudo. Les garza fueron llamaos meacknan o miákan polos vecinos Cotoname (Gatschet 1886: 54) ente que ellos llamaben uué a los cotoname.

Mamulique editar

El mamulique (llamáu Carrizu por Berlandier) foi rexistráu nun vocabulariu de ventidós pallabres a partir de los indios nativos cerca de mamulique, Nuevo León, por Berlandier en 1828 (Berlandier et al. 1828–1829, 1850: 68–71). Estos parlantes yeren un grupu d'unos cuarenta y cinco families, toes elles cristianes hispanofalantes.

Na clasificación de llingües amerindies de 1891 de John Wesley Powell, la Comecrudo foi arrexuntada xunto coles llingües Cotoname y Coahuilteco nuna familia llamada Coahuiltecana.

Tres estes propuestes, salió a la lluz documentación de les llingües garza y mamulique. Anguaño piénsase que les llingües comecrudas nun son parte de nengún de los grandes grupos mentaos más arriba. Goddard (1979) cree qu'hai abonda semeyanza ente comecrudo, garza, y mamulique pa podese considerar xenéticamente rellacionaos.
