Frederick Charles "Fred" Willard (18 de setiembre de 1933, Cleveland – 15 de mayu de 2020, Los Angeles)[7] foi un comediante y actor d'Estaos Xuníos, conocíu poles sos habilidá na comedia d'improvisación. Ye conocíu poles sos actuaciones nes películes de WALL·E, Christopher Guest, This is Spinal Tap, Waiting for Guffman, Best in Show y A Mighty Wind. Recibió tres nominaciones al Emmy pol so personaxe recurrente na serie de televisión Everybody Loves Raymond.[8] Tamién actuó na serie Modern Family como'l personaxe Frank Dunphy, el pá de Phil y el güelu de Haley, Alex y Luke.[9]
