Evans tuvo papeles tantu en Star Trek: Deep Space Nine y Star Trek: Voyager.

La so primer apaición en Deep Space Nine foi na primer temporada nel episodiu "Progress", nel cual interpretó a un peón mudu Baltrim. Dempués nel episodiu "Cardassians" como Prokal Migdal, el padre adoptivu del neñu Cardasiano. en 1991 apaeció en Terminator 2: Judgment Day interpretando al condutor del camión cisterna que ye asesináu por T-1000
