Billie Lee Turner (1925, Yoakum – 27 de mayu de 2020, Round Rock) foi un botánicu y esplorador estauxunidense, padre del tamién xeógrafu Billie Lee Turner II. Foi profesor de botánica na Universidá de Texas n'Austin[4].
