editarYe fía de Mary y tien trés hermanes: Mary Catherine, Mary Margaret y Mary Martha.[2]
La so familia ye irlandesa-estauxunidense.
Regan graduar del "University of North Carolina School of the Arts".[3][4]
Ye bien bona amiga de los actores Craig Horner, Tabrett Bethell[5] y Trieste Kelly Dunn.
Regan ta casada col asistente del direutor irlandés Eamon O'Sullivan, la pareya dio-y la bienvenida a la so primer fía Frankie Jean O'Sullivan el 27 d'avientu del 2010.[6]
Carrera
editarDende'l 2006, Regan apaeció en delles películes y programes de televisión. Ente'l so apaiciones atopen el so participación nes series The Wedding Album nel 2006, Supreme Courtships nel 2007; tamién apaeció como convidada nes series Love Monkey, Law & Order: Criminal Intent, American Experience, Six Degrees, The Black Donnellys y New Amsterdam. Nel cine apaeció en Blinders nel 2006, The Babysitters nel 2007 y Sex and the City nel 2008.
Nel 2008 Regan llogró'l so primer papel estelar como una de los actores principales na serie Legend of the Seeker, un programa basáu na serie de llibros de Terry Goodkind; na serie Regan interpretó a la Confesora Kahlan Amnell, hasta'l final de la serie nel 2010.
Nel 2009 produció'l musical Camp Wanatachi, que estrenóse en xineru del 2011 nel Teatru La Mama Expermental en Nueva York.[7][8]
Nel 2011 apaeció como convidada nun episodiu de la serie Person of Interest onde interpretó a Wendy McNally. Esi mesmu añu apaeció na película Hide onde interpretó a Annabelle'.

Nel 2013 apaeció como personaxe recurrente na popular serie Beauty & the Beast onde interpretó a Alex Salter, una enfermera y la ex-prometida de Vincent Keller (Jay Ryan).[10]
En febreru del se mesmu añu anuncióse que Regan xuniérase al repartu principal de Murder In Manhattan onde interpretó a Alexandra "Lex”" Sutton, una nueva muyer que mientres el día trabaya na oficina d'asuntos sociales de l'alcaldía y na nueche ayuda a la so madre Blythe Sutton una muyer que queda vilba tres l'asesinatu del so segundu home a resolver crímenes.[11][12][13]
Esi mesmu añu apaeció na quinta temporada de la serie White Collar onde interpreta a la estafadora y criminal Rebecca Turner,[14] hasta que'l so personaxe foi arrestáu y encarceláu.
Nel 2014 xunir al repartu recurrente de la serie Jane the Virgin onde interpreta a Rose, una ex-abogada y madrasca de Luisa y Rafael.[15]
Nel 2015 xunióse repartu recurrente de la serie Agent Carter onde interpreta a Dorothy "Dottie" Underwood, la vecina de l'axente Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell), quien depués se revela ye una axente y asesina soviética entrenada na Academia Red Room.
