Morgana King
Morgana King (4 de xunu de 1930, Pleasantville – 22 de marzu de 2018, Palm Springs)[5] foi una cantante de jazz y actriz de cine y televisión d'Estaos Xuníos.[6][7] El so papel más reconocíu ye'l de Carmela Corleone, esposa del capo de la mafia Vito Corleone nes películes The Godfather (1972) y The Godfather II (1974), dambes empobinaes por Francis Ford Coppola.[8][9]

Como cantante llegó a grabar más de trenta producciones discográfiques, esplorando xéneros musicales como'l jazz, la bossa nova, el bebop y el pop tradicional.
Finó en Palm Springs, por causa de un linfoma non Hodgkin, -un tipu de cáncer contra'l que lluchaba dende diba tiempu-. Anque l'artista morrió'l pasáu 22 de marzu, la noticia nun foi conocida hasta'l 15 d'agostu, na qu'un amigu so escribió un mensaxe nel so perfil de Facebook.[10]
