Biografía editar
Breslin nació en la ciudá de Nueva York, fíu de Kim, un entrenador personal, y Michael Breslin, un espertu en telecomunicaciones.[3] Spencer ye l'hermanu mayor d'Abigail Breslin (nacida en 1996) y l'hermanu pequeñu de Ryan Breslin.
