Heather Deen Locklear (25 de setiembre de 1961, Los Angeles) ye una actriz d'Estaos Xuníos, principalmente de series, películes y televisión.
Ye conocida principalmente poles sos actuaciones como la Oficial Stacy Sheridan, nueva y sexy compañera de William Shatner y fía de Richard Herd, nel esitosu drama criminal de 1980, T. J. Hooker; como la nada anxelical sobrina de John Forsythe y Linda Evans, Sammy Jo Carrington, na popular serie Dinastía (papel que realizó dende 1981 hasta la so final en 1989); como la moza malvada, Amanda Woodward, na popular serie Melrose Place (dende 1993 hasta'l fin de la serie en 1999); como Caitlin Moore en Spin City (dende 1999 hasta'l fin de la serie en 2002); y tamién nun episodiu de Two and a Half Men (Non sniffing, non wowing) nel cual interpreta a l'abogada de Alan.
