Foi Miss Teen Tennessee y quedó ente los 10 llugares de Miss Teen USA en 1999.
Carrera

Nel 2002 xunir al repartu principal de la serie American Dreams onde interpretó a Elizabeth "Beth" Mason-Pryor, la esposa de John J. "JJ" Pryor Jr. (Will Estes) hasta'l final de la serie nel 2005.
Nel 2008 xunir al repartu de la serie The Ex List onde interpretó a Daphne Bloom, la hermana de Bella Bloom (Elizabeth Reaser).
Nel 2009 interpretó a Alison la cita a palpu de Tom Hansen (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) na película (500) Days of Summer.
Nel 2011 xunir al repartu de la serie In Plain Sight onde dio vida a la detective Abigail Chaffee, una oficial del departamentu de policía de Albuquerque y la novia de Marshall Mann (Fred Weller) hasta'l final de la serie nel 2012.[2]
